Handling various employment relations cases end-to-end: disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, performance management, long term sickness absences, conduct, settlement agreements/terminations- Advising on employment law for the UK & 18 EU countries, working alongside employment law solicitors for each region on a daily basis for multiple ER issues as mentioned above- Supporting payroll processing for UK and Europe, partnering with our external payroll provider to manage intricacies in payroll between different EU countries - Supporting the Senior HRBP in completing TUPE transition processes in UK & EU- Working on long term projects: reviewing and revamping all policies included in the Employee Handbook and all benefits for the European countries based on market standards
