Capital Markets - Securitization and Contract Finance • Cooperate to issue over $15 billion of Non-Agency RMBS (NPL/RPL, Seasoned RPL, Small Balance Commercial, Credit Risk Transfer); work includes structuring, collateral data, transaction management and due diligence • Oversee closing of whole loan sales transactions with over $2 billion in UPB, work includes bid terms review, pricing, P&L analysis and summarizing transaction detail along with due diligence findings for management approval • Reverse engineer rated/unrated whole loan securitizations from scratch and developed new structures for Re-REMIC securitizations as well as Credit Risk Transfer securitizations using INTEX Dealmaker • Collaborate with Rating Agencies to estimate loss level for rated securitizations and 3rd party valuation agents in horizontal risk retention analysis for unrated securitizations • Delegate the tie-out process between dealers and accountants in making analytics packages and marketing materials including yield sensitivity tables, collateral tables, investor tapes and collateral disclosures in term sheet and offering memorandum • Build collateral selection criteria to devise the portfolio between rated/unrated securitization strategies to maximize leveraged return based on pool market values, underwriting costs and projected advances on sold and retained positions • Lead in driving dispositions effort for whole loan sales by creating reports that categorize the portfolio by various asset characteristics and providing recommendations on execution strategy • Manage monthly collateral data production for overall whole loan portfolio using SQL and CAS while effectively communicating data issues with the database management team and the loan servicing team • Evaluate and negotiate repurchase financing bids to optimize leverage for retained securitizations positions on balance sheet
