I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management with Distinction, accredited by the ICE. More recently, I obtained a second Master’s degree in Real Estate Development with Distinction, accredited by the RICS, from the University of Manchester. My academic achievements are further strengthened by 1.5 years of professional experience in structural design at a design institute and in project management and in project management, property marketing and management at a property developer for 1.5 years. These experiences have equipped me with proficient skills in AutoCAD for reading and drafting plans, structural design, construction project control, along with strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, collaboration and stakeholder management. Currently, I am seeking opportunities in the real estate and construction industry in the UK. I am poised to make a substantial impact and am keen to continue my career in this field, with the ultimate goal of advancing into a managerial position.
