I am a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales with significant advocacy experience as a qualified barrister in England and an advocate and solicitor in Malaysia.My specialist areas are complex construction, the Building Safety Act 2022 and commercial dispute resolution. Building on my experience in court proceedings, adjudication and mediation, I have successfully negotiated settlements to resolve disputes and save legal costs for clients. With the Freeths Building Safety Act Focus Group, I am a BSA Ambassador and actively involved in advising on legal remedies and BSA related issues.
