About Iliad (Free\'s parent company) Free is part of the Iliad Group, a major European telco and pioneer in the industry, known for launching the world’s first triple-play box. The group operates in France, Italy, and Poland, with over 17,400 employees and nearly 48 million subscribers.In my current role, I take the lead on product design for institutional projects across both Free and the Iliad Group, working on high-visibility digital platforms that reflect the group’s brand, strategic direction, and editorial identity.Alongside institutional work, I also contribute to B2B, B2C, and internal tools. These include dashboards, editorial platforms, and marketing-facing interfaces.My scope includes:• Leading UX exploration through interviews, workshops, and problem framing to align user needs with business goals• Designing end-to-end product experiences from user journeys to interface delivery — for institutional, internal, and marketing-facing platforms• Collaborating with POs, engineers, data teams, and the Brand Studio alongside business, marketing, and communication stakeholders• Applying and evolving a design system approach to ensure consistency, accessibility (RGAA), and responsive design• Supporting design ops by mentoring a junior designer (alternant) sharing methods, reviewing work, and encouraging autonomyBy applying system thinking, I aim to connect product design, brand identity and team workflows to create products that are scalable, thoughtful, and impactful.
