ABOUT LIVIO VENTRE
Management Engineer with a more of 10 years professional experience in Procurement and Energy sector; I am currently Responsible Wind, Solar and BESS Procurement in Italy at Enel Green Power S.p.A.(\"EGP\", the renewable energy global business line of the Enel Group). From 2015 to 2019 I coordinated Global Solar O&M Procurement as Category Manager, working in international and multi-functional teams for the development, construction, and operation of solar power plants in Europe, Africa, South and North America, and Australia (3 GW of new installed capacity in 5 years), frequently travelling in all these regions.From 2019 to 2021 I led the Procurement of 3SUN (photovoltaic modules factory focused on HJT technology of the Enel Group), actively participating to the industrial plant expansion project, aimed at increasing the capacity production up to 3GW/year (production lines purchase, new building construction and industrial facilities implementation included).Since 2021 I have been Head of Wind, Solar and BESS Procurement in Italy, with the objective to concretize the Enel industrial renewable plan to support the energy transition.The acquired international experience, thanks to interaction with local and global suppliers and coordinating procurement units in several geographies gave me the opportunity to develop a good knowledge of renewable energy sector and to grow soft skills in managing teams.
