We’re most interested in getting to the root cause and the changes you want to see, so we ask a lot of great questions, and we listen (really well).Everything we do is customized for your organization; your leaders will say, “This feels like this was designed for us, by us.”Every ViRTUS experience is designed to focus on results, not just “time-served.” The impact on the business has to be real and lasting. Current projects: 2nd year of working with leaders in two cohorts in the hospitality and energy sectors. First year with a cohort of leaders in the tech sector. Past projects: Three years with executives and managers of a progressive Vancouver real estate development company. Four years of leadership development with the executive and management team of a hospitality company. 2019 - Co-facilitated high energy, participatory \'agile hackathons\' with groups from BC regulatory organization aiming to become more nimble in it\'s organizational activities. 2018 - Facilitated focus groups with representatives from all levels of financial services organization and 1:1 interviews with their Executive Leadership team to identify cultural norms and leadership gaps as preparation for next level of leadership development. 20••••14 - Worked with a dynamic team collaborating with TELUS to redesign and co-facilitate their induction program for newly hired managers. We transitioned a significant amount of the online program into an engaging gaming platform where all participants logged in as avatars. Participant satisfaction rose to 95% and 90% of participants felt that it was an effective way to learn.Also worked with TELUS on their Leadership Now program, delivering leadership development experiences.
