About Lívia de Castro Gerlach
Trilingual media operations professional with experience working with content fulfillment, content distribution, media delivery, client servicing, content management & more. I enjoy problem solving and finding ways to improve processes and workflows. I was born and raised in Minas Gerais, Brazil and there I graduated with a Degree in Communication/Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (Brazil).I later moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I got to work on the language operations/Customizations team at Viacom International ensuring the quality control of subtitles, dubbing and any other editions to the episodes and movies so that they were ready to be aired by their contracted due date. I also worked as a programming assistant for Comedy Central Brazil, in which I was responsible for programming menus, content updates, programming log timing, etc.I\'m also a video editor and produced/edited many promotional videos for businesses and individuals. I co-created Jazz Media, a project that focused on the production of promotional, institutional and short videos along with photos for small businesses in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 20••••15. I gained experience as a TV producer, reporter and TV host during my internship at my University\'s TV channel for over a year.
