ABOUT LIVIA RAO

Over the last 5 years I\'ve been working at Atomized Studios, as the production executive first and then Head of Production. Through my work I helped the studio creating original film and interactive content for a variety of brands and organisations. With my experience, flexibility and thinking out of the box I\'ve managed multiple teams working across branded content, social media assets, event filming, podcasts, studio live streaming and hybrid productions. Main clients I worked with: EY, Astra Zeneca, Goals House, BOfA, Samsung, MLP, Mars, Small Market Initiatives to name a few.Prior to joining Atomized, I worked for over 15 years as a Line Producer and Production Manager in the Film and TV industries. From international co-productions to small independent / artists films, I have managed a large variety of shoots. This variety has given me a concrete understanding of the UK, US and European systems, both on a working and a cultural level. During my career, I have been at the forefront of negotiations, often dealing with delicate financial transactions usually in high-pressure circumstances. My calm approach and cultural sensitivity, have given me the ability to ensure the smooth running of the productions I work on. I believe that resolving difficult negotiations begins with understanding the individuals involved and their backgrounds.
