As the founder and chair of Knight Consulting, I provide personalized coaching and mental fitness expertise to clients across the United States, United Kingdom, and Africa. My mission is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives. In my previous role as a senior manager and partner at Truscott, Knight & Associates Wealth Management, I successfully grew my financial services practice to a $187 million assets under management focusing on retirement plan consulting and Socially Responsible Investing (SRI). I hold an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration and Management. My qualifications include the PQ Coach Certificate, EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA), and the Chartered SRI (ESG) Counselor - CSRIC® designation.
