I\'m a passionate, curious, socially conscious, community-oriented design professional with a background in the visual arts and 15+ years of experience in tech in the following areas: UX design, product thinking and strategy; project management, and IT consulting. I seek fresh perspectives, push boundaries and continually evolve my skills and design thinking to create meaningful experiences and products. Other notable experience:I taught breathing for over eight years. I was the first certified practitioner of The Buteyko Method in the U.S. and only one of two who have studied with the founder of the Method, Dr. Konstantin Buteyko. The Buteyko Method is an effective alternative breathing therapy used to treat asthma, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and anxiety. I authored and produced a home education kit \"Kick Asthma Naturally\" composed of a book, workbook and a 60-minute video. I am a classically trained artist, working in oils, encaustics, and sculpture; and you may be part of my art network.
