I manage leasing applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.In my day-to-day, I leverage property management software to track leads, update unit availability, and maintain accurate resident records. I collaborate closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience and high occupancy rates. With a strong focus on customer service, communication, and attention to detail, I contribute directly to leasing goals and resident satisfaction.
