Sidewalk Ballet (Lead): Led 90% of the project’s research workflow, developing a computer vision and vision–language pipeline to detect and analyze social interactions from 100K+ street-level images. Built annotated datasets of individuals and groups, and authored the full paper (under review at Boston Walk Study (Major Collaborator): Directed a large-scale empirical study with participants over three weeks. Developed pipelines to identify home, work, and anchor locations, applying data mining to uncover when, where, and why people walk, as well as the urban elements that shape pedestrian behavior- NYC Walks (Pedestrian Flow Modeling): Core contributor to the Urban Network Analysis (UNA) pedestrian tool. Engineered large-scale GPS/GIS datasets, integrated the Madina package for sidewalk–crosswalk detection, and advanced pedestrian flow modeling for a manuscript submitted to Nature Cities- Exhibitions (Deputy Lead): Coordinated City Form Lab’s installation at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025 (The Next Earth, Palazzo Diedo). Served as content lead for Sidewalk Ballet, showcasing the end-to-end research workflow through an installation inspired by my MIT graduate desk.
