Facilitates the development and training of Quality and Manufacturing personnel. Proactively makes process improvements. Successfully manage teams to ensure that goals are understood, provide guidance, mentoring and feedback against performance and development objectives. Support the line manager for the area to develop a high performing team by conducting daily and weekly operational performance discussions. Work closely with the architects and Release Manager to develop a release management strategy. Work with all of Development to improve initial release quality, quality of production releases and agile development practices. Works with onsite QE teams to envision and execute quality engineering strategies, working closely with product development.
