Assist Project Manager for the full spectrum of project management cycle, from project plan definition to project handover to Customer Service team. • Conduct regular meetings with functional parties (both internal and external) to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders• Work with the supply chain, logistics, customs and other departments to keep the track of all the shipping and ensure they are delivered to the customer site on time.• Support on the RFQ preparation process (by describing the scope of job and estimation of the time) • Monitor and Report to PM for site activities • Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities• Be responsible for customer handover documents, and hand over the project after acceptance. And keep communication with customers in the maintenance phase, ensure the good customer relationship• Report potential risks/issues and mitigation proposals• Assist PM on the financial control of the project by recording timesheet, vendor costs, materials costs.etc
