I\'m a VFX Pipeline Software Supervisor and Lead Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Python, VFX and animation pipeline design, and team leadership.At Technicolor, I served as the primary point of contact for all pipeline-related requests and queries across departments. I owned all projects related to the pipeline and asset management system, providing critical support during high-impact issues. I regularly identified and resolved pipeline bottlenecks, improving efficiency and workflow for production teams.I apply agile project management principles and actively contribute and run sprint planning and backlog grooming. My strength is breaking down complex technical challenges into manageable chunks of work, making large-scale pipeline improvements achievable and measurable. I regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pipeline solutions meet the needs of all departments.
