After spending so many years working on Information Technology and Systems Engineering, I have found that my strengths lie in empathy and understanding of the customer and their requirements. Learning new technologies has always been the easy part, but truly understanding the business needs is where the work comes in. At every new role I\'ve had, I usually started without much if any knowledge of the actual systems, but quickly became the subject matter expert or customer advisor as needed. I\'m very organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning, which is why I\'ve succeeded as an engineer and analyst. I\'m currently not looking for a role, as I found a great fit for me in the space industry, but I\'m always open to making professional connections.
