ABOUT LISSIE C. BAILEY

Lissie Bailey is a results-driven bilingual leader serving the Education Services Training Team with a proven track record in fostering strong relationships, driving organizational success, and facilitating cross-functional partnerships. She began her career at Verizon Wireless in August of 2013 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across all Customer Service functions, Technical Support, Learning & Development and Operations before transitioning to Verizon Connect where she continues to leverage her expertise in leading diverse teams to create an inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and innovation. Adept at aligning strategic objectives with team goals, Lissie is able to blend her passion for mentoring and development, project management and cross-functional alignment. Lissie holds a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Performance Management, which has contributed to her success effecting behavioral change in her teams, by recognizing, analyzing trends, and building collaborative environments resulting in high performance. As a student of the business and a passion to continue to improve herself in all areas, Lissie believes in continuous learning and is near her goal of obtaining a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Leadership.
