4design was started in 2012, so as a designer I could expand my expertise into other markets. With the unknown demands of the economy there were very few job opportunities, yet my past clients still demanded my services. It has given me the opportunity to grow as a designer, industry leader, and business guru over the years. While consulting for North Central Group during their hospitality market growth in 2007 I was able to create new innovative design solutions and trendy schemes for both Marriott and Hilton new construction projects. Now I’m able to take the new hospitality trends and implement them into other market segments such as senior living and concierge condo/ apartment developments. Even small office projects are taking creative steps to implement service changes for their employees. • Responsible for own business development, tracking, accounting, and marketing.• Attend key networking events to promote business alliances.• Selections, documentation, interior project management, and procurement of FFE on both renovation and new construction projects.• Projects in all regions of the United States, and open to international projects.• Creation of design standards for corporations.• Estimated budget proposals for bank loans on projects.• Concept presentations to executive boards for project approval.
