As a Learning & Development professional, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, I have been successful in producing positive results and have a consistent history of advancing shared company goals. I effectively design, manage, and execute training programs and interactive tools, manage implementation, and measure effectiveness to optimize organizational profitability & revenue and promote continuous improvement. A few of my career highlights include: • Developed and implemented interactive and engaging eLearning content that provided over 800 sellers with immediate product information and best-in-class industry and market knowledge to drive sales and profitability. The modules were designed to be managed and tracked using Learning Management Systems (LMS). Scripted and produced “French Fry Profitability” video to teach external users how to demonstrate why a value-added product enhances customers’ profitability. Originated and executed a large-scale training program for 4,500 Sysco Marketing Associates across 32 markets in a 30-day span after Simplot awarded Sysco’s frozen potato sales. Successful in shaping and managing L&D strategies that drive strategic business outcomes organization-wide, I deliver expertise across workforce management processes and systems including performance management, business development, sales and marketing training, and leadership development.
