About Elisa Clark
I am a relational, empathic, direct and knowledgeable associate therapist who puts their heart and soul into supporting clients. I have completed over 2500 hours of pre-licensure clinical work as a registered associate who is close to licensure. I incorporate numerous evidenced-based treatment modalities alongside a genuine passion for helping others and a uniquely intuitive and warm approach. I practice from a neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQ+ celebrating, trauma-informed and intersectional lens to help clients both feel validated in their unique experiences of the world while also providing them the tools navigate modern society with an increased sense of self compassion and empowerment and decreased sense of shame. While I will always approach each client from a person-centered framework where the therapeutic bond of safety and trust serves as an integral tool for the healing itself, I draw on narrative therapy, CBT, attachment therapy, family systems work, liberation psychology, psychodynamic, depth psychology, and solution focused therapy to tailor the work to meet clients\' needs and help them reach their goals. I have comprehensive experience navigating complex family dynamics, coaching parents and supporting kids, teens, adults and couples. I provide the emotionally safe space and thoughtful interventions necessary to help clients achieve that stable feeling of safety, trust and empowerment within themselves that can anchor them as they journey wherever they wish to go in this lifetime.
