Provided strategic leadership and direction to a global department, executed major turnkey projects, aligned operational goals with corporate strategy while meeting strict financial targets. • Led Grid strategy and execution for a 100+ GW opportunity pipeline, overseeing full lifecycle of 40+ onshore and offshore substations, from early development through turnkey EPC and operations. • Established a Grid Integration PMO playbook, enforced strict requirements management and governance model across EPC, improved team productivity by eliminating redundant processes and standardizing procedures.• Ensured design-to-operations alignment for WTG, OSS, export cable, and onshore substation interfaces relevant to operational safety, assuring compliance with Ørsted\'s Electrical Safety Rules.• Supported commissioning teams in the safe energization of the South Fork Wind 132 MW onshore substation and HV export systems.• Accountable for energy systems integration execution and operational performance for Ørsted\'s North America (South Fork Wind, Sunrise Wind, Revolution Wind, Ocean Wind 1 and 2, and Skipjack), Europe and APAC programmes.
