Lisette Valverde-Connell has over twenty years of search and twenty-five years of business experience. Her search practice focuses on servicing clients across a wide range of industries including consumer packaged goods, industrial, financial and not-for-profit organizations. She has successfully executed searches, developed search strategies and performed research for assignments recruiting executives in finance, marketing, human resources, sales, product development and general management.Prior to joining VSG, Lisette founded and managed both a search enterprise and a professional employer organization (PEO). Although she eventually sold the PEO, the entrepreneurial experience she gained in the founder/owner roles adds greatly to her portfolio.
