ABOUT LISETTE PEERLINGS
I\'m currently leading a small Salesforce team of 12 consultants and am responsible for its strategy, work plan, learning plan, and resourcing. Finding efficient solutions is my passion, I am able to provide an all-round perspective to operational, grants and program challenges. How? Because I have worked in the philanthropic sector for almost 20 years; I worked for charities (non-profits, NGOs) and foundations (grantmakers) in North America, Asia, and Africa. After holding various process and technology positions, I have moved into management where I focus on three pillars: delivery strategy, people & team management, sales & project advisory. Across this, I employ change management practices. I am actively seeking out new possibilities for my area of responsibility (Salesforce implementations & optimizations), allowing the company to build out our team and bring in exciting growth opportunities. Within one year, Grantbook’s Salesforce team has doubled in size. I am also a certified in Nonprofit Management, Project Management, Change Management and Organizational Design.
