I joined Oberlanders in 2019 following a number of years of working within other large UK-wide practices. Since joining I have mainly worked on projects within the Science & Tech team, but prior to this my main field of expertise was built around the residential and primary education sectors - the latter being a particular interest and passion of mine. Regardless of sector, I have a strong belief that the best project outcomes start with an in-depth understanding of brief and focus on stakeholder engagement throughout. For me, the most successful buildings are rarely those that meet no resistance on the way or deliver only a pretty facade.
