Expert Loan Solutions (ELS) services include real estate, mortgage loans and foreclosure assistance designed to save your home. We are commercial and affordable housing residential home builders in 4 different states. ELS is partnered with the military that employs and trains veterans, to build our homes with the help of several AFL-CIO unions. We partner with local colleges, universities and trade schools that allow our veteran builders to use their GI Bill to obtain their college degree, while building our homes and commercial spaces. We offer grants to help pay for appliances and retrofitting homes for those veterans that are handicapped. Our mortgage services include conventional, USDA, FHA, VA, hard money, bridge loans and down payment assistance. Veterans are allowed to apply base stipends to the mortgage payment for qualifying purposes. We deal directly with VA, and we have the ability to provide VA loans with lower credit scores and guideline exceptions due to our source of building grants from the government. We offer a large assortment of loan programs including construction, multifamily, commercial and private money options by collaborating with local banks, credit unions, private investors and wall street firms.
