My approach blends systems thinking and improvisational engagement to connect professionals, tackle complex challenges, and drive transformation. Whether launching new projects at a top research university, designing science communication workshops, or scaling a startup that empowers better climate conversations, I thrive on designing innovative solutions that move the needle.With advanced degrees in biology (MA) and business (MBA), I’m a seasoned generalist and entrepreneurial leader, often brought in to launch new initiatives or untangle stalled efforts. I work across sectors, leveraging cross-functional teams to bring strategic ideas to life.Currently, I’m scaling Yes and Nature, a social impact venture that helps organizations and communities build resilience through improvisation-based communication tools.
