Transitioned into a role focusing on innovation and research, starting with a partnership with a large IDN and pediatric site in Phoenix. Establish governance, KPIs, processes, reporting, and roles. Maintain project pipeline, working closely with clinical research scientists to ensure available resources. Developed a five-year roadmap for the innovation program. Currently focusing on solutions for women\'s health within the innovation space. Completed a pilot with an OB/GYN group to incorporate handheld ultrasound units and non-stress tests performed at home; planning a larger rollout. Created a program called Analytics to Advanced Care utilizing IDN patient data to discover and analyze patient deterioration; projects with manuscripts and six publications have resulted over two years.
