I am passionate about stories and people behind companies and keen to learn more about different viewpoints, experiences and how we can learn from each other. Somewhere between Gen Y and the wish for freedom and independence you\'ll find me with a lot of passion and enthusiasm for what I do. Besides, I am always team #positivethinking and a fan of #support for each other. Why work against each other when we can learn from each other and even create synergies? I am focusing on responsible management and leadership, like to question existing models and frameworks and think out of the box.
