Lisa W. Timmons, immediate past-chair of the ADR section of the Michigan State Bar, has over 27 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution. Timmons has served as the Executive Director of the Mediation Tribunal Association (MTA) for over 27 years. Timmons also provides ADR services through her firm, Lisa W. Timmons, PLLC, serving as an arbitrator, mediator, hearing examiner, fact-finder, and case evaluator of labor, employment, consumer, and commercial cases with FMCS, MERC, LRC, New Era ADR, NAM, USPS/APWU/NALC, FINRA, CAP-Motors, AHLA, and several state arbitration and mediation boards.
