SKILLS
ABOUT LISA W.
I\'m an accomplished, MBA-qualified Data Management/Data Quality Manager with a broad background of experience across many functions and business types. I have strong communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve collective goals. I\'ve proved myself to be a champion of improved ways of working, who holds everyone to account through high standards. After beginning my career in Export with tri-lingual postgraduate secretarial qualifications, I worked as the Personal Assistant to an entrepreneur before being head-hunted to set up the office and systems for a 3i start-up. There I began my MBA studies but was made redundant when the company was sold. I quickly found employment for a packaging supplier to blue-chip brands and then moved onto the Automotive industry as a Business Sales Analyst. On gaining my MBA, I secured a position at Kellogg\'s as a Business Process Analyst. At Kellogg\'s I progressed from an analyst position to a team leader on their £100m ERP project before moving to Supply Chain. There I improved the relationship with Sainsbury\'s taking a \'back to basics\' approach and aligning Customer Service data across the two organisations, as well as leading a successful collaborative project to improve on-shelf availability of cereals and snacks.Looking back, I have always had a way with data, trouble-shooting and process improvement. Whilst at Kellogg\'s, I headed a number of improvement projects which were successful due to my ability to get people organised and collaborating. Successes included cutting the cost of late artwork by 25%, improving the Innovation Costing process and speeding up the process of bringing goods to market via third parties. In my final (employed) role at Kellogg\'s as Product Data Manager, I used Lean processes to reduce repeated data errors, cut data processing time and thereby improve data integrity and customer service.Following redundancy from Kellogg\'s, I became freelance, supporting local businesses to improve their business processes directly or via my workshops at Bury Business Solutions. I also took on various contracts managing the co-ordination of data preparation and migration for high profile transformation projects. In April 2020, I joined the Co-op as their Data Quality Manager, a role which brought together my data governance and management expertise, my extensive experience of building strong stakeholder relationships and my ability to create and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.I have been at 1st Central since July 2022.
