During my career, I’ve been called on to lead mission-impacting initiatives based on my ability to mobilize teams and take a project from concept to completion. Once given a challenge, I develop strategic business plans that secure investment dollars and execute without disrupting business. While looking through the “lens of the customer”, I focus on operational excellence and have led teams in standardizing processes globally to optimize resources and decrease costs, while improving customer experience. That has included reinforcing key performance metrics to keep teams focused and data driven. I offer in-depth knowledge and experience in operations management, having led and repositioned large organizations, setting strategy and managing daily operations. Additionally, I excel in program management, business planning, and customer success / support. My perspective is broad having worked for both enterprise sized companies and small startups; I’ve led cross-functional teams with individuals working across 50 countries and built new functions from the ground up. I love developing, mentoring and empowering people; providing the support they need to be successful in their careers. I also believe that honest and open conversations delivered with compassion are the key to building relationships of trust while holding individuals accountable for results.
