With over 30 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am a seasoned and passionate reliability engineering leader who strives to deliver quality, safety, and efficiency in every project. My mission is to transform the culture from reactionary to strategic thinking, using predictive maintenance, downtime tracking, infrared technology, and budget accountability.
