In my role at EBMUD, I manage the Employee Services department, which is a busy customer service unit in the HR Department at EBMUD. My staff of 17 employees work to on-board and welcome new hires timely, manage employee and retiree health benefits, employee leaves, manage the HRMS system and all employee data, and help employees plan for retirement and later help them retire. We are in the midst of the retirement tsunami and technology change tsunami which keeps us busy and challenged every day.
