As the philosopher Vanilla Ice once said: if there’s a problem, yo, I’ll solve it. That\'s not only fixing something that’s gone wrong, but understanding why it happened and how it could be avoided in the first place. I want to provide solutions to problems a customer doesn’t realize they have yet. In kindergarten, it was trying to find a way to get my friends up to speed on reading so we could move on to the next lesson.(And getting in trouble for trying to do the teacher’s job!) At work, this drive translates to a passion for processes and continuous improvement, and a constant need to dive deep into understanding what moves our customers. My experience - from that first job slinging popcorn and upsizing drinks at the local movie theater to the work I do now putting together strategy plans to achieve specific business goals - runs the gamut from customer service to in-depth marketing strategy.
