In the fall of 2020 we hired part time facilitators and I identified a need for a Flex Program Lead to support what I like to call HIP: Happiness, Inclusion, and Performance. I researched the needs of the team and crafted a proposal for the role which was approved. I currently manage a team of 20 part-time facilitators (in addition to a team of 4 full-time). As Flex Lead, I ensure the success of our Flex Facilitator Program by tracking and sharing trends, organizing Flex gatherings, keeping documentation up-to-date, and monitoring workload and engagement. Key accountabilities include-Communication within team and with stakeholders -Organize and determine content for monthly development meeting -Track budget and make recommendations -Manage resources -Share trends with stakeholders
