Provide one-on-one financial counseling and coaching to Spanish-speaking refugees, asylees, and other immigrants to enhance their financial inclusion.Assist clients in developing actionable financial plans, conducting financial assessments, creating budgets, and offering strategies for credit building and asset growth.Deliver workshops and trainings on topics such as budgeting, savings, banking products, and credit building, including facilitating a women\'s financial empowerment series.Develop and disseminate financial education content, including videos, and collaborate with community partners to expand financial literacy.Administer consumer loan programs, including credit-building loans, ensuring timely application processes and providing additional coaching to clients showing financial instability.Track and document client outcomes using the Efforts to Outcome (ETO) client management system and manage related reporting requirements.
