I\'m a Senior Vendor Operations leader with 10+ years managing global BPO and vendor ecosystems across AI data, Contact Center, and consumer hardware programs. At Google, I owned end-to-end vendor performance across Search Quality and GenAI human evaluation programs, managing 5 global vendors across 6+ workflows in 100+ languages, co-leading RFP and SOW negotiations, and designing an expert contributor program that delivered higher-quality outputs at no additional cost. I also led APAC vendor consolidation following Nest\'s integration into Google, optimizing total cost of ownership across the combined portfolio. My background spans the full vendor and sourcing lifecycle, including RFP development and execution, SOW negotiation, BPO governance, SLA and KPI design, supplier performance management, cost optimization, and follow-the-sun operations. I\'ve worked across Google, FitBit, Lyft, and early-stage startups, building programs from scratch and scaling them globally.
