I am passionate about fitness and clean nutrition and consider health and wellness a major interest in my life. I became an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Fitness Trainer in May of 2004 with the intentions of gaining quality training by the leading experts on exercise so that I could safely motivate and train my grandmother. She suffered from various illnesses, chronic pain, and was prone to frequent injuries from falls. I also wanted to gain a recognized, respected, and valuable certification that would enable me to provide fun and effective fitness training experiences for others. I have been an ACE certified professional for over 18 years. I am happy to say that my quality training has been appreciated by friends wanting specific advice and clients committing to custom designed plans to address their fitness goals. Someday I hope develop quality fall prevention training for senior adults and is a core reason why I consciously maintain my certification.Certified May 2004 - Present *I maintain my certification every two years through completing a minimum of 2.0 CEU credits and CPR/AED through the American Heart Association.
