ABOUT LISA PENDLEBURY

I am the Director Information Systems Audit at NTT Ltd, a leading global IT services company with over employees in 57 countries. I have more than 30 years of experience in information security and risk management, spanning the private and public sector. In my current role, I oversee all audit activities across NTT Ltd, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of information security and risk management. I develop and maintain the audit methodology and internal audit process for ISO27001, the international standard for information security management systems. I also coordinate and perform internal audits across NTT Ltd, liaise with external and certification audit bodies, and manage the SOC2 programme for the services delivered by NTT. Additionally, I have a strong background in government security accreditation (SPF), programme and project management, and IT security best practices. I hold multiple certifications and memberships that reflect my expertise and commitment to the field of information security. I am a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), a Certified Senior Lead Auditor for ISO27001 (CSLA), a Certified Lead Implementer for ISO27001 (CLI), and a Certified CISO. I am also a platinum member of ISACA, the global association for information systems audit, assurance, governance, risk, and cybersecurity professionals. I am passionate about making a difference in the field of information security auditing and assessment, and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as a professional and a leader. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to deliver high-quality results that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders.I am an active member of the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI), another area which I am passionate about, specifically to bring on young ambitious people, just starting out on their career journey.
