Lisa Peier leads fundraising, strategy, and development for missions and organizations that create positive impact in the world. As Director of Partnerships at Evolve Foundation and Healing Breakthrough 501(c)(3), she raised 3x her goal and drove a 10x increase in funds raised year-on-year, within 18 months. Before making the shift to nonprofit, Lisa was Chief Investment Officer at A-Rod Corp, where she led and managed venture capital investments, brand (equity) partnerships, and licensing deals for both Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez. She joined A-Rod Corp in 2019 from Hilton & Hyland Real Estate in Beverly Hills, where she was a top producer in residential property sales, representing high net worth buyers and sellers on the Westside of Los Angeles. Prior to real estate, Lisa was Partner and Senior Luxury Goods Equity Analyst at Redburn Partners based in London. Lisa started her career in institutional sales at Fidelity Investments and worked as an equity research analyst at JPMorgan in New York. In addition, Lisa is the Founder of Lighthouse Ventures Group, LLC, which has the faith based mission to positively impact as many lives as possible through content, consulting, coaching, and other collaborative projects. She holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.A. from Boston College. Lisa is a competitive figure skater (2018 USFSA Adult National champion) and also loves to ski, read, and travel. She lives with her family in Park City, Utah.
