ABOUT LISA PALEY

My journey with TD began over 17 years ago and over this time frame, I have held a variety of positions including Associate Vice President, Branch Banking, Prairie & Pacific Regions and most recently a distribution leadership role in Branch Banking as District Vice-President Branch Banking. In my current role as Associate Vice President, Human Resources I support our head office colleagues who work behind the scenes to ensure legendary customer and colleague experiences as well as support national projects to help TD and Branch Banking continue to Be Ready for our customers. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology and am a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. An advocate for diversity and inclusion, I have led various LGBT initiatives both within and outside of TD including the previous position of Regional Executive Co-Chair of the Pacific LGBT Diversity Committee.
