About Lisandra Jimenez

I am an educator at heart. As a first-generation Latina, access to education has transformed my life in more ways than I could have imagined. I am passionate about bringing my unique perspective and approach to the work that I do as a servant leader to drive positive change within the individuals and communities I serve. I have gained a variety of experiences within the higher education industry at many types of institutions, working with a diverse range of student populations and collaborating with faculty and staff colleagues, and various stakeholders. I look forward to advancing my professional journey and am open to where opportunities may take me. I am eager to continue to learn and grow my professional skill-set, continuing to advocate for marginalized and underrepresented voices through my work. It has become more important than ever to cultivate a society where future generations can thrive by breaking down barriers to access and providing more equitable opportunities for all. I aspire to contribute to this mission in collaborative ways.
