ABOUT LISA NAMNOUM
Most healthcare organizations aren’t short on initiatives. They’re leaving margin and EBITDA on the table because it’s not always clear which ones are actually driving financial impact. I work with healthcare leadership teams to identify and capture that unrealized value, by focusing execution on what actually moves the business. What I see most often: → Too many initiatives competing for the same resources → Limited visibility into which efforts are actually driving margin → Breakdowns and delays in execution across teams eroding financial resultsEspecially in complex healthcare environments where operational, regulatory, and clinical demands make prioritization harder than it looks.I’ve worked in and alongside complex organizations like KPMG and Aetna, where significant investment goes into transformation initiatives, but without the right alignment, those efforts don’t always translate into measurable outcomes.I’ve also seen this from a different perspective, helping run and grow a business from ~$300K to $3.5M. In that environment, every decision around time, resources, and priorities had a direct impact on performance.Across both settings, the pattern is consistent:When everything feels important, execution becomes diluted. That’s where I focus.I work with leadership teams to bring clarity to how initiatives are prioritized and executed, so effort is aligned to what actually drives performance. This is particularly relevant in private-equity and performance driven environments where near-term results matter. This typically starts with a focused, short-term engagement where we:→ Assess what’s currently in motion → Identify where effort and impact are misaligned → Clarify what to prioritize, pause, or stopThe outcome is straightforward:Clearer priorities, better alignment, and more effective execution.I’m not coming in to hand over a deck, I stay close enough to execution to make sure the work actually translates into measurable outcomes. If you’re navigating this kind of complexity, I’m always open to a conversation.https://calendly.com/lisa-premierprojs/30min
