For over two decades at Wisconsin Public Radio, my mission has been to ensure that square is vibrant, inclusive, and deeply connected to the people it serves.As Regional Director, I specialize in the intersection of organizational strategy and community impact. I focus on building authentic partnerships that allow our service to grow and remain essential in a rapidly changing media landscape.My core focus areas include:High-Impact Partnerships: I bridge the gap between PBS/WPR and the civic, cultural, and educational organizations that make Wisconsin unique.Strategic Audience Development: I lead statewide teams in developing initiatives that turn casual listeners into active, engaged community participants.Organizational Leadership: I thrive on solving complex structural challenges and spearheading restructurings that prioritize mission-driven efficiency and collaboration.At the end of the day, my work is about people. I’m a builder of teams, and I’m passionate about creating an environment where my colleagues can do their best work.
