At any point, we can tap into our ecosystem of best-in-class partners, integrating as needed. We don’t stop—we start a new conversation and find our next big idea together.​\\\\n\\\\nIn my role as Global Leader for Co-Creation & HCD Enablement I am charged with designing, managing and launching a global community of learners and activators building their co-creation mindsets and tools to bring new insights, trends and innovative ideas to our customers and their customers. Enablement includes 5 levels of formal training, self-directed online learning, coaching, community building and Amplifier Network.\\\\n\\\\nLead execution of work-streams utilizing co-creation tools like stakeholder mapping, service blueprinting and journey maps to design the best learning experience possible factoring in adult learning theory. Facilitate sponsor user groups/working committees, engage vendors, share reports and analytics, encourage nominations/explain the opportunity to executives, configure and design new learning experiences, apprenticeship and learning ecosystem which includes coaching and adoption strategy & transformation.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
