Responsible for planning, managing, and executing the process of solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship of gifts from individual donors as well as corporate, workplace campaigns and foundation donors. Plan and execute the Benevon development approach within our scope. Plan and execute all special events, leading development staff. Inclusive of Dare to Dream, Sportsball, Future Outlook Brunch, Future Outlook Tours and all others. Work with PRIDE collectives, business associations, civic groups, chambers of commerce and others to plan community PRIDE initiatives. Work directly with the Board of Director committee\'s to create, promote and ensure branding for Youth Outlook. Update and develop all marketing collateral for a variety of audiences including social platforms.
