Primary functions include: • Manage a number of traders portfolios with respect to the Job Costing and Inventory • Prepare timely and accurate financial information and analysis for the US business for Group; presents information to local management • Production of monthly management accounts, supplying of information to allow the timely, accurate and cost effective preparation of financial accounts and tax computations • Monitor accounts payable accounting staff and their work to ensure that the subsidiary ledger of accounts payable is accurate, current and risk-controlled • Monitor the general ledger, fixed asset register, job costing and inventory to ensure that these subsidiary ledgers are also accurate, current and risk-controlled • Process highly confidential documents including financial statements
