I provide training logistics for 250 Home Visitors in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington who support maternal, infant, and early childhood mental health. I produce all training materials, coordinate food, travel, venue, and on-site logistics, and provide technical support for 10 trainings, each spread out over three days, in order to promote learning and relationship building. I monitor invoices and expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.I track data about each of the 15 training cohorts to include in detailed reports.I supervise and support a staff of 12 trainers and three coordinators.
