About Lisa Metzinger

I am a Partner at Cohen & Co and team lead for the firm’s Youngstown office. I work with some of the firm’s largest audit clients, primarily in the real estate and construction and transportation and logistics industries. My attest work includes conducting audits of tax credit structure related entities, traditional operating entities, private funds, and audits in accordance with HUD Compliance regulations. I am also active in Cohen’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Group.I received an M.B.A. and B.S.B.A. from Youngstown State University and am a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio. I currently serve on the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation’s Board of Directors as the Treasurer, the YSU Williamson College of Business Administration\'s Dean\'s Advisory Council, the YSU Sokolov Honors College\'s advisory board, and REVITALIZE Home Mortgage’s Board of Directors amongst other volunteer activities.
